Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
For all available soap, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order being placed. For soaps that are currently in the process of curing, please allow 3-5 business days after the posted "Cure Date".
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information on your package and can contact USPS with any questions or concerns. Shipping rates are calculated using USPS rates. Shipping times are also contingent upon USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please email me at thedaybarsoapco@gmail.com and I will be happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
